SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Ordered before 5:00 PM will be shipped tomorrow. The custom made items will be shipped after a maximum of 4 working days. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs are:
€4.95 shipping costs in Belgium and the Netherlands, free from 100 euros.
€8.95 shipping costs in the rest of Europe, free from 150 euros.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer from BPOST, DHL, POST NL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We will send you the track and trace in the mail when your order is shipped.
